- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir to create a roux.
- Stir in dry seasonings (salt, pepper, mustard). Optional seasonings can be added as well, to taste.
- Cook and stir for five minutes, until bubbly.
- Add worcestershire sauce.
- Gradually add V8.
- When juice mixture is smooth, slowly add in cheese.
- Stir until cheese is well incorporated.
- Serve with bread.
