Pumpkin Pie

This is supposed to be the same recipe on the Libby's can, reproduced here because the store brand of pumpkin tastes just as good and tends to cost less.

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in a small bowl and set aside.
- Blend together eggs and pumpkin in a large bowl.
- Mix dry ingredients into the large bowl, then gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Bake
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425 F.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350 F and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for 2 hours.
