This recipe might turn out better with larger, thicker crêpes. An alternate recipe may need to be devised.

Ingredients

  • 8 crêpes
  • powdered sugar
  • 8-16 lemon wedges


Preparation

  1. Prepare crêpes.
  2. Place a single crêpe on a plate.
  3. Sift powdered sugar on top.
  4. Serve with 1-2 lemon wedges, to be squeezed onto the crêpe by the person eating it.
